So, it brings us great joy to announce that our Ireland service centre is leading the way – the world over – for satisfied customers! Where last month, we achieved our best results (thus far) in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) to score an incredible 89.2%.
To put this into perspective, the countrywide average for businesses is 77.1% (July 2019) – a figure that has seen continued and dramatic decreases for businesses, where our figures only continue to rise. For those unfamiliar with the metric, UKCSI is the national measure of customer satisfaction. Offering a unique insight into the quality of customer service in the UK and Ireland as a whole and 13 sectors of the economy.
